Introduction 

Welcome to M Service Cleaners Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our cleaning services, you (“customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a service.

Services Provided

M Service Cleaners Ltd. offers janitorial, residential, commercial, window cleaning, and property maintenance services. All services will be carried out professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

Booking and Appointments

  • Services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request.

  • Any changes to scheduled services must be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Prices are determined based on the type and size of the cleaning job.

  • Payments must be made via cash, credit/debit card, e-transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

  • A deposit may be required for large-scale cleaning projects.

  • Failure to make payments on time may result in additional fees or service cancellation.

Pricing and Payments

Late Invoice Payment Policy

M Service Cleaners Ltd. kindly requests that all invoices be paid by the due date stated. Any payment not received after the due date will incur a late payment penalty of 5% of the invoice’s total amount per day. For example, if an invoice of $500 is due today and payment is not made, tomorrow the total payable will be $525 ($500 + $25 late fee). If payment is delayed for two days, the balance will increase to $550 ($500 + $50 late fee). The late fee will continue to accrue daily at 5% of the original invoice total until payment is received in full.

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount].

  • If our team arrives at the location and is unable to perform the service due to lack of access or other                    customer-related reasons, a call-out fee may apply.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of [Insert Amount].

  • If our team arrives at the location and is unable to perform the service due to lack of access or other                    customer-related reasons, a call-out fee may apply.

Service Guarantee and Complaints

  • If you are dissatisfied with the cleaning service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange for a re-cleaning if necessary.

  •  Complaints must be made in writing or by phone, including details of the issue.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases where we cannot resolve the issue.

  •     Our team is trained to handle all cleaning tasks with care. However, we are not liable for damage to items                      that are not properly secured or pre-existing damages.

  •     Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

  •     We do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as                          disasters or accidents.

Liability and Damages 

Health and Safety

  •     Our staff follows strict safety guidelines and hygiene practices.

  •     Customers must inform us of any hazardous materials, pets, or safety risks at the premises before service.

  •     We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for our staff.

Termination of Services

  •     We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion if customers violate these terms or engage        in abusive or unsafe behavior toward our staff.

Confidentiality and Privacy

  •     We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or for               service fulfillment.

  •     By using our services, you agree that we may collect and store necessary information for service purposes.

  •       M Service Cleaners Ltd. may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of             significant changes.
