Intial Site Assessment

2

Debris & Waste Removal

Our team safely removes leftover construction materials like:

    •    Packaging

    •    Nails, screws

    •    Drywall dust

    •    Wood scraps and more

We ensure the space is cleared and safe before detailed cleaning begins

We begin with a walkthrough of the site to assess the layout, construction debris, dust levels, surface types, and special cleaning requirements. This helps us create a customized cleaning plan that suits your timeline and project goals.

3

Dusting & Surface Cleaning

Construction dust get everywhere, so we use HEPA-filter vacuums and microfiber cloths to remove dust from:

  • Walls, ceilings, and baseboards

  • Cabinets, ledges, and window sills

  • Air vents, switches, and fixtures

We don’t cut corners — we clean them.

4

Floor Cleaning & Detailing

Whether it’s tile, hardwood, laminate, or concrete, we deep clean floors using appropriate methods:

    •    Sweeping and vacuuming

    •    Mopping and scrubbing

    •    Floor polishing or buffing (if requested)

We also remove paint splatter, caulking residue, and adhesive marks with care.

5

Window & Glass Cleaning

We clean all interior glass and window frames, removing smudges, dust, stickers, and paint specks — giving your space a clear view and polished look.

6

We finish with sanitizing restrooms and kitchens, wiping down all final surfaces, and ensuring everything is ready for presentation, handover, or move-in.
